Little Creek is a town in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 224 at the 2010 census. History John Woolman attended Quaker meeting at Little Creek in late summer 1748 during a visit to the Southern Counties of Delaware. The Cherbourg Round Barn, Little Creek Hundred Rural Historic District, Little Creek Methodist Church, Old Stone Tavern, Port Mahon Lighthouse, Elizabeth Stubbs House, and Jonathan Woodley House are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Joint Expeditionary Base–Little Creek (JEB–LC), formerly known as Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek and commonly called simply Little Creek, is the major operating base for the Amphibious Forces in the United States Navy's Atlantic Fleet. The base comprises four locations in three states, including almost 12,000 acres (4,900 ha) of real estate. Its Little Creek location in Virginia Beach, Virginia totals 2,120 acres (860 ha) of land. Little Creek (North Fork River)
Little Creek is a stream in Wright, Texas and Douglas counties of Missouri. It is a tributary of the North Fork River. The stream headwaters are just east of Missouri Route 95 south of Mountain Grove in the southeast corner of Wright County. The stream enters the southwest corner of Texas County and flows southeast parallel to Little Creek Road. The stream enters northwest Douglas County and its confluence with the North Fork River is about one mile south of the Douglas - Texas county line.
