Karol Jokl
Karol Jokl (29 August 1945 – 28 October 1996) was a Slovak football player and manager. He played for ŠK Slovan Bratislava and Czechoslovakia. Between 1963 and 1975 he played in the Czechoslovak First League for ŠK Slovan Bratislava, scoring a total of 69 goals in 245 matches. Among his greatest honours is winning the 1968–69 European Cup Winners' Cup, as well as two league titles and two Czechoslovak Cups. Jokl made his debut for the national team of Czechoslovakia at the age of 18, going on to score 11 goals in 27 matches for his country. He played in all three of Czechoslovakia's matches at the 1970 FIFA World Cup. Dušan Galis (born 24 November 1949) is a Slovak politician, a former Czechoslovak football player and a former manager of ŠK Slovan Bratislava. Jozef Jankech is a Slovak football coach. He was the second manager of the Slovak national team. Playing career Jankech began with football in his native town Šaľa. He played for Šaľa from the age of ten, later he left to play for Uherské Hradiště, then played for TTS Trenčín and he ended his career in TŽ Třinec as 29 years old. Anton Malatinský
Anton Malatinský (15 January 1920 – 1 December 1992) was a Slovak football player and coach. He was a technically adept playmaking midfielder and, as a coach, he was regarded as a good strategist. Malatinský won two Czechoslovak First League titles as a player and a further three as manager. In his coaching capacity he also led his teams to the Mitropa Cup and two Czechoslovak Cups. Playing career He played in 219 league matches and scored 79 goals, most of them for Spartak Trnava. Today, the club's home ground bears his name. Although his time playing for Trnava did not bring any championships, he won the league twice as a player with Sokol NV Bratislava.
