''The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle'' is a 2000 American live-action/animated adventure slapstick comedy film directed by Des McAnuff and produced by Universal Pictures, based on the television cartoon of the same name by Jay Ward. Animated characters Rocky and Bullwinkle share the screen with live actors portraying Fearless Leader (Robert De Niro, who also co-produced the film), Boris Badenov (Jason Alexander) and Natasha Fatale ( Rene Russo) along with Randy Quaid, Piper Perabo, Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell. "Tad" Stones (born May 28, 1952) is an American animator, storyboard artist, screenwriter, producer and director, best known for his work for The Walt Disney Company, where he worked from 1974 to 2003. Kazuki Ōmori
was a Japanese film director and screenwriter. Career Born in Osaka, Ōmori studied at Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine and held a license to practice medicine. While in school, he began making films independently, with ''Kuraku naru made matenai!'' (1975), which featured Seijun Suzuki, receiving particularly high praise. His script "Orenji rōdo kyūkō" won the 3rd Kido Award for screenplays in 1977, and the next year he was able to film that in his professional debut. Several of his films, such as the 1980 ''Hipokuratesu-tachi'', feature doctors or rely on his knowledge of medicine. He has worked in a variety of genres, including suspense films, musicals, and most famously abroad, several contributions to the Heisei Godzilla series. The Boy Who Saw The Wind
is an animated film based on the novel by C. W. Nicol. Directed by Kazuki Ōmori, it was released theatrically in Japan on July 22, 2000. It was also broadcast in Latin America by HBO, France by AK Video, in Spain by HBO and in Russia by MC Entertainment. The film was adapted into a play by Japan's Atom Theater Company. Plot The young boy Amon has the mysterious power of the ancient "wind people". Hiroyuki Kitakubo
is a Japanese director, animator, and screenwriter. Kitakubo began work in the anime industry as a teenager, having worked on the 1979 ''Mobile Suit Gundam'' television series. He debuted as a director with the ''Cream Lemon'' episode "Pop Chaser" in 1985, then worked on films including ''Black Magic M-66'' with Masamune Shirow and '' Akira'' with Katsuhiro Otomo.
