Eagle Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) is a Filipino Media company based in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. Named after the national bird, the ''Philippine eagle'', it is primarily involved in radio and television broadcasting. The primary stakeholders of the company are the key members who are connected with the Iglesia ni Cristo, making EBC as one of its media companies, along with evangelization arm Christian Era Broadcasting Service International. Net 25 (capitalized and stylized as NET25) is a Philippine television network owned and operated by Eagle Broadcasting Corporation. The network is named for its flagship station in Metro Manila, DZEC-TV, which is carried on UHF Channel 25 on analog terrestrial TV and UHF Channel 28 on digital terrestrial TV and has carried by major cable operators in the country. DZEC (1062 AM) Radyo Agila is a radio station owned and operated by the Eagle Broadcasting Corporation in the Philippines. The station's studio is located at EBC Bldg., 25 Central Ave., Diliman, Quezon City, and its transmitter is located at Brgy. Paliwas, Obando, Bulacan. DZEC operates daily from 4:00 AM to 12:00 MN. History DZEC was established on April 26, 1968, in Manila under Eagle Broadcasting Corporation. The station was then broadcasting on the frequency of 1050 kHz AM featuring news, public affairs, public service, entertainment, educational and music programs. In November 1978, DZEC reassigned to the present frequency of 1062 kHz in response to the adoption of the 9 kHz spacing on AM radio stations implemented by the Geneva Frequency Plan of 1975.
