Ramesh Bhatkar
Ramesh Bhatkar (3 August 1949 – 4 February 2019) was a Marathi film, stage and TV actor. Of the various roles that Bhatkar portrayed, he was best known for his roles in the TV series ''Commander'' and '' Hello Inspector''. He worked for more than 30 years as an actor in the mainstream commercial movie industries of the Marathi and Hindi languages. He died on 4 February 2019 at the age of 69 in Mumbai due to cancer. Early life Ramesh Bhatkar was born in 1949. His father was Snehal (Vasudeo) Bhatkar, a music director, composer, and singer. Nilu Phule (Marathi pronunciation: iɭuː pʰuleː 4 April 1930 - 13 July 2009) was an Indian actor known for his roles in Marathi movies and Marathi theatre. Nilu Phule acted in around 250 Marathi and Hindi movies during his film career. He was most prominently seen playing the roles of notorious villains in the movies. Phule was also a social worker, and was associated with Rashtra Seva Dal. Early life Phule was born in 1930 in Pune as Nilkanth Krushnaji Phule in a Mali caste. He was involved in the independence movement. According to his interview in a serial 'Vastraharan' on a Marathi Channel, he was a freedom fighter from Pune. Vijay Chavan (2 May 1955 – 24 August 2018) was an Indian film, television and stage actor, notable for his work in Marathi cinema, Marathi and Hindi cinema. Sharad Talwalkar (1 November 1918 - 22 August 2001) was an Indian film and television actor who led the Marathi film industry and theatre for many years. He had performed in more than 180 Marathi films. Childhood He had a passion for acting from his childhood, he acted in plays in Bhave High School where he studied. When he reached college, he along with acting started directing plays. Keshavrao Date was impressed by young Talwalkar's talent, and hence in 1938 Keshavrao Date selected him for Natya Vikas Company. Mohan Agashe (born 23 July 1947) is an Indian psychiatrist and actor. He was awarded the Sangeet Natak Akademi Award in 1996 in theatre. Early life Agashe was born in Bhor, Maharashtra. He studied in B. J. Medical College, Pune for his MBBS and MD degree in Psychiatry. He later became a professor, before becoming an actor.
