Malayalam cinema is an Indian film industry of Malayalam-language motion pictures. It is based in Kochi, Kerala, India. The films produced in Malayalam cinema are known for their cinematography and story-driven plots. Jagathy Sreekumar
Sreekumar P. K. (born 5 January 1951), better known by his stage name Jagathy Sreekumar or simply Jagathy, is an Indian actor, director and playback singer, who has appeared in over 1500 Malayalam films in a career spanning almost four decades. Widely regarded as one of the most influential actor and finest comedian in the history of Malayalam cinema, he is also known for his highly nuanced character roles. ''Bodyguard'' is a 2010 Indian Malayalam-language romantic comedy action film written and directed by Siddique. It stars Dileep and Nayanthara in the lead roles, while Mithra Kurian and Thiagarajan play supporting roles. This film was Nayanthara's comeback to Malayalam cinema after a gap of four years, and it is the first time that Dileep had worked with Siddique.
