List Of Intellivision Games
This is a list of cartridges and cassettes for the Intellivision game system. Some cartridges were published by both Mattel Electronics and Sears Tele-Games, and later Intellivision Inc. Between 1979 and 1989, a total of 132 titles were released: * 118 cartridges plus one compilation cartridge for the Master Component * 6 cartridges for the ECS Computer Adapter * 7 cassettes and 1 cartridge for the Keyboard Component The main reference for this is the Game Catalog of IntellivisionLives.com. Frog Bog
''Frog Bog'' is a 1982 video game by Mattel Electronics for the Intellivision. An Atari 2600 conversion was released later that year as ''Frogs and Flies''. In both games, each player controls a frog sitting on a lily pad, attempting to eat more flies than the other. ''Frog Bog'' is similar to the 1978 Sega-Gremlin arcade game ''Frogs''. Gameplay Each game starts out in the morning with a light blue sky. If there is not a second player, the system will automatically take control of the red frog within a few seconds. Each frog jumps from one lily pad to the other. During each hop, a number of flies fly around the screen. The player pushes the fire button, which causes the frog's tongue to stick out. If the frog is in the right spot ahead or behind a fly, it catches and eats the fly. Each time a fly is captured it is worth two points. ''Armor Battle'' is a video game written by Chris Kingsley for the Intellivision and published by Mattel in 1979. One of the earliest games available for the console, ''Armor Battle'' pits two players against each other in a contest to see which player can eliminate their opponent's stock of tanks first. Gameplay The object of ''Armor Battle'' is to be the first to destroy all opposing tanks. The game takes place on one of 240 randomly selected battlefields, each with a different configuration of structural and environmental obstacles. Each player commands a pair of tanks, with one active and one in reserve, located randomly on the battlefield. ''Skiing'' (released as ''U. S. Ski Team Skiing'') is a sports video game produced by Mattel and released for its Intellivision video game system in 1980. Up to six players compete individually on either a downhill or slalom course to see who can complete the course the fastest. For the game's initial release, Mattel obtained a license from the U. S. GameFAQs is a website that hosts FAQs and walkthroughs for video games. It was created in November 1995 by Jeff Veasey and was bought by CNET Networks in May 2003. It is currently owned by Fandom, Inc. since October 2022.
