''Bob's Burgers'' is an American animated television sitcom created by Loren Bouchard for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The series centers on the Belcher family, consisting of parents Bob (H. Jon Benjamin) and Linda ( John Roberts) and their children Tina (Dan Mintz), Gene ( Eugene Mirman) and Louise ( Kristen Schaal), who run a hamburger restaurant. ''Bob's Burgers'' was conceived by Bouchard after he developed ''Home Movies''. ''Bob's Burgers'' is a production by Bento Box Entertainment and 20th Television Animation. The show is said to fill the void created by the conclusion of '' King of the Hill'', which executive producer Jim Dauterive worked on for nearly its entire run. Bob's () is a Brazilian fast food chain, founded in 1952 by the American Brazilian tennis champion Bob Falkenburg, Wimbledon tournament winner in 1948.
