Baldwin Wallace University (BW) is a private university in Berea, Ohio. It was founded in 1845 as Baldwin Institute by Methodist businessman John Baldwin. The school merged with nearby German Wallace College in 1913 to become Baldwin-Wallace College. Michael D. Dovilla (born March 13, 1975) is a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives who represented the Seventh District from 2013 to 2016. Prior to redistricting, he was first elected to represent the Eighteenth District in 2010. He is a Republican. Career Dovilla was raised in Berea, Ohio, and graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College and American University. A U.S. Navy veteran, he formerly worked as a Presidential appointee at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, committee staffer for U.S. Senator George Voinovich and a Presidential Management Intern at the U.S. Department of State. Larry Dwight Shinn (born January 16, 1942) was president of Berea College, Kentucky, from 1994 to 2012. Prior to this appointment he taught for fourteen years in the Department of Religion, Oberlin College, and was Vice-President of Academic Affairs, Dean of Humanities and Head of the Religious Studies Department at Bucknell University. Larry Shinn received his undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace College located in Berea Ohio. Drew Edward Meyer (born August 29, 1981) is an American former professional baseball infielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Texas Rangers. Career Meyer attended Bishop England High School in Charleston, South Carolina, as well as the University of South Carolina. In 2000 and 2001, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Chatham A's of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
