2017–18 Ukrainian Premier League
The 2017–18 Ukrainian Premier League season is the 27th top level football club competitions since the fall of the Soviet Union and the tenth since the establishment of the Ukrainian Premier League. The tournament started on 16 July 2017 with the competition set to end on 19 May 2018. The relegation play-offs took place on 23 May and 26 May 2018. The league has scheduled to take its winter intermission after Round 19 on 9–10 December 2017 and resume its competition of the Championship with Round 20 on 17 February 2018. The defending champion is the 10-times winner FC Shakhtar Donetsk. The league's last season title sponsor, a bookmaker company Parimatch, withdrew from the sponsorship. On 7 July 2017, Pari-Match announced that it had ended its cooperation with the Ukrainian Premier League. FC Orenburg
FC Orenburg (russian: ФК «Оренбург») is a Russian professionalism in association football, professional football club from Orenburg, founded in 1976. It will return to the Russian Premier League for the 2022–23 season. History It played professionally as Gazovik from 1976 to 1982 and from 1989 on. Before 1976 another Orenburg team, Lokomotiv Orenburg, played professionally, including 3 seasons in the second-highest Soviet First League in 1960–62. In 1989 Gazovik was called Progress Orenburg. Gazovik began Russian League at Zone 5 of Second League and relegated from Zone 6 from one to Third League in 1993. Football Club Dynamo Kyiv (, ) is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Kyiv. Founded in 1927 as a Kyivan football team of republican branch of the bigger Soviet Dynamo Sports Society, the club as a separate business entity was officially formed only in 1989 and currently plays in the Ukrainian Premier League, and has never been relegated to a lower division. FC Real Pharma Odesa is a professional Ukrainian football club from the city of Odesa. The "Pharma" portion of the name comes from ''pharmaceutical'' influences that are associated with the club's ownership as evident on the original logo which is in English rather than Ukrainian. The team is currently playing Ukrainian Second League after competing in the Ukrainian Amateur championship. The club was formed in 2000. Viktor Serdeniuk ( uk, Віктор Сергійович Серденюк; born 27 January 1996) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Longford Town in the League of Ireland First Division. Alassane N'Diaye (born 25 February 1990) is a French footballer who plays as a midfielder for Khaitan SC. Career After developing his game at Sochaux in his native France and FC Alle in Switzerland, N'Diaye moved to English Championship side Crystal Palace to play first-team football.
