This is a list of Taça da Liga winning football managers. Taça da Liga was established in the 2007–08 season. Carlos Carvalhal won the first edition with Vitória de Setúbal. Quique Flores was the first foreign manager to win the competition. With the victory in 2018, Jorge Jesus became the first manager to win the tournament with two clubs, a feat later achieved by Rúben Amorim (in consecutive seasons). Amorim was also the first to win the tournament both as a player and as a manager. Carlos Carvalhal
Carlos Augusto Soares da Costa Faria Carvalhal (; born 4 December 1965) is a Portuguese former footballer who played as a centre-back, currently manager of La Liga club RC Celta de Vigo. As a player, he totalled 197 Primeira Liga appearances in service of six clubs, including two spells each at Braga and Chaves, as well as a single game for Porto. In a managerial career of over two decades, Carvalhal led eight teams in Portugal's top flight, including Braga twice, winning the Taça de Portugal in 2021. He reached the same final with Leixões in 2002 and won the Taça da Liga with Vitória de Setúbal in 2008. Abroad, he had spells in Greece, Turkey, England, Wales, the United Arab Emirates and Spain. This is a list of Taça de Portugal winning football managers. Albano Paulo led Associação Académica de Coimbra – O.A.F., Académica to victory in the 1939 Taça de Portugal Final, inaugural final of the contest. Otto Glória and José Maria Pedroto have won the tournament on four occasions while János Biri and Fernando Vaz guided their teams to the trophy on three occasions. Moreirense Futebol Clube is a Portuguese professional football club based in Moreira de Cónegos, Guimarães Municipality, in Minho. Founded on 1 November 1938, it plays in the Liga Portugal 2, holding home games at Parque de Jogos Comendador Joaquim de Almeida Freitas, with a capacity for 9,000 spectators.
