This list of tallest buildings in South Korea ranks skyscrapers in South Korea by height. The tallest building in South Korea is currently the 123–story Lotte World Tower, which rises and was completed on 22 December 2016. It is also the world's fifth tallest building. Other building complexes topping 300m include the three-building complex Haeundae LCT The Sharp in Busan (), Parc1 in Seoul's Yeouido district (), as well as the Northeast Asia Trade Tower in Incheon (). The Hyundai Global Business Center, which began construction in May 2020 in Seoul's Gangnam District, is expected to become Korea's tallest building upon completion in 2026. Also under construction is the Cheongna City Tower in Incheon, although this structure is likely to eventually be classified as a tower rather than a building. International Finance Center Seoul (서울국제금융센터), commonly known as IFC Seoul (아이 에프 시 서울), is a mixed-use integrated commercial development in Seoul, South Korea. It is located in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, South Korea. The IFC project is one of the first large-scale developments in Korea, led by an international consortium. Busan International Finance Center(BIFC) ( ko, 부산국제금융센터) is a skyscraper in Busan, South Korea. The building's construction started in 2011 and finished in 2014. It has 63 floors. The building was developed by Busan Metropolitan City Corporation. It was designed by HAUD and constructed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction. Upon its completion, it became the third tallest building in Busan and the fourth tallest in South Korea. The building was designed to withstand a 7.0 magnitude earthquake. Parc 1 is a complex of buildings in Yeouido, Seoul, South Korea. It stands and contain 69 floors. Construction stopped in 2011 but resumed in early 2017. History Parc1 is a US$1.5-billion shopping/hotel/office complex realized by Skylan Properties Korea Ltd., a foreign-invested property development and management services group with offices in Seoul, Beijing and Kuala Lumpur. Morgan Stanley, a global investment bank, was engaged as the financial advisor to arrange financing for the project.
