José Luis Ablanedo
José Luis Ablanedo Iglesias (; born 22 August 1962) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a central defender. Club career Born in Mieres, Asturias, Ablanedo played the vast majority of his career with local Sporting de Gijón, making his senior debut whilst still a junior in a Copa del Rey match against amateurs CD Turón in November 1980. He spent several years with the reserves in the lower leagues, and played his first La Liga game with the main squad on 22 April 1984 in a 3–0 away loss against Real Betis. Ablanedo was definitely promoted to the first team for the 1985–86 season, and contributed a career-best 43 matches and four goals as Sporting finished in fourth position the following campaign. Miguel Ángel Alonso
Miguel Ángel 'Periko' Alonso Oyarbide (born 1 February 1953) is a Spanish former football midfielder and manager. In his professional career he played mainly for Real Sociedad (five years) and Barcelona (three), amassing La Liga totals of 273 matches and 42 goals during ten seasons. A Spanish international for two years, Alonso represented the country at the 1982 World Cup. Playing career Born in Tolosa, Gipuzkoa, Alonso played professionally for Real Sociedad, FC Barcelona and CE Sabadell FC. Gonzalo Arconada
Gonzalo Arconada Echarri (born 23 July 1961) is a Spanish football manager. Coaching career Arconada was born in San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, and started coaching while still in his teens, with youth sides ''Juveniles de La Salle'' and ''Danak''. His first twenty years would be spent with teams in his native region, mostly in the lower levels. After being in charge of the reserve team for several seasons, he coached Real Sociedad's main squad for a couple of months in 2006, being one of three managers during the campaign in La Liga. After managing lowly Burgos CF and attaining promotion to the top division in 2008 with CD Numancia, Arconada signed with UD Almería. Luis Arconada
Luis Miguel Arconada Etxarri (born 26 June 1954) is a Spanish retired footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He played only for Real Sociedad for nearly 20 years, and helped the club to four titles including two La Liga championships. Arconada collected 68 caps for Spain over eight years, and was part of the squads at two World Cups and two UEFA European Championship, European Championships. Agustín Aranzábal Alkorta (; born 15 March 1973) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a left-back. His main asset was his crossing ability, and he played almost exclusively with Real Sociedad, which he represented for more than ten years, appearing in 353 competitive matches. Aranzábal was also a Spanish international, and played for the country in one World Cup and one European Championship. Club career Aranzábal was born in Bergara, Gipuzkoa. Antonio Álvarez (footballer, Born 1955)
Antonio Álvarez Giráldez (born 10 April 1955) is a Spanish former football central defender and manager. Playing career Born in Marchena, Seville, and a product of hometown Sevilla FC's youth system, Álvarez made his La Liga debut during the 1975–76 season, scoring once in eight games as the team finished in 11th position. In the following decade he would be more often than not an undisputed starter for the Andalusians, eventually playing 370 matches all competitions comprised. At the end of the 1987–88 campaign, still with Sevilla in the top division, the 33-year-old Álvarez – having made just 17 league appearances – opted to move on, and signed with neighbouring CD Málaga. In summer 1991 he joined another club in the region, Segunda División B's Granada CF, eventually retiring at the age of 40. Antonio Alsúa Alonso (25 October 1919 – 4 March 1998) was a Spanish professional footballer, who played as a midfielder.
