This is an alphabetical list of all the songs known to have been recorded in studio by Dalida between 1954 and 1987. The list contains a total of 696 songs in 9 different languages.French, Italian, German, Spanish, English, Arabic, Japanese, Flemish and Hebrew. All songs were released during or after Dalida's lifetime, either on vinyl or CD or as a music video on TV or DVD, except 2 songs In Italian: *Lasciami stare *Questa è la mia terra that didn't receive any public broadcast or release, but are internet leaked unofficially. From all songs first released on vinyl, all of them have been eventually digitally remastered and released on CD, except 16 songs. All songs are organised by language and type, with brackets containing a date of first release. The Sanremo Music Festival, officially the Italian Song Festival () and commonly known as just (), is the most popular Italian song contest and awards ceremony, held annually in the city of Sanremo, Liguria. Gianni Morandi
Gianni Morandi (; born 11 December 1944) is an Italian pop singer, actor and entertainer. Early life Gian Luigi Morandi was born in a little village called Monghidoro on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. His father Renato was active within the Italian Communist Party and Gianni used to help him sell the party newspapers. At an early age Morandi worked as a shoe-shiner, cobbler and as a vendor of sweets in the village's only cinema. His vocal abilities led him to a number of small gigs, some of which were during the Communist Party's activities. Career He made his debut in 1962 and quickly placed high at or won a number of Italian popular song festivals, including the ''Canzonissima'' festival in 1969. A Glass and a Cigarette ( ar, سيجارة وكاس) is a 1955 Egyptian melodrama directed by Niazi Mostafa. It stars Samia Gamal and it is also the first film to feature Dalida (then known as Dalila) in a supporting role. Plot Hoda (Gamal) is a very famous entertainer in her thirties. She marries Mamdouh Samy (Nabil Al alfi), a young surgeon and leaves her colourful life behind. Hoda helps Mamdouh found a hospital but their marriage is jeopardised by Italian head nurse Iolanda's (Dalida) attraction to Mamdouh. Little Tony (singer)
Little Tony (born Antonio Ciacci; 9 February 1941 – 27 May 2013) was a Sammarinese singer and actor, who achieved success in Britain in the late 1950s and early 1960s, as the lead singer of Little Tony & His Brothers, before returning to Italy where he continued a successful career as a singer and film actor. Life and career Little Tony was born in Tivoli, Italy, but was a citizen of San Marino, where his parents were born, and never applied for Italian citizenship. He formed a rock and roll group with his two brothers, Alberto and Enrico, in 1957, naming himself Little Tony in emulation of Little Richard. The following year, the group were signed by Durium Records, who released a series of covers of American rock and roll songs by them in Italy. Line Renaud (born 2 July 1928) is a French singer, actress and AIDS activist. Early life Line Renaud was born Jacqueline Ente in Pont-de-Nieppe on 2 July 1928. Her mother Simone was a shorthand typist; her father was a truck driver during the week, but he played the trumpet on weekends, in a local brass band. Line showed the first signs of her talent in primary school, when at the age of seven she won an amateur competition.
