List of ships of Serco Marine Services is a list of active ships operated by Serco Marine Services in support of Her Majesty's Naval Service (incl. Royal Navy, Royal Marines) and the Royal Fleet Auxiliary. Serco Marine Services
Serco Marine Services is a Private Finance Initiative contract, with Serco Group, to deliver auxiliary services to His Majesty's Naval Service (incl. Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxiliary). Marine Services primarily operates from the nation's three main naval bases, HMNB Portsmouth, HMNB Devonport and HMNB Clyde, but also supports training and operations overseas, as well as at various British Overseas Territories. Serco Denholm (a joint venture between Serco Group and Denholm Group) won the Marine Services contract, replacing the subsequently disbanded Royal Maritime Auxiliary Service. Denholm's participation was bought out in late 2009 by its larger partner, Serco. Queen Elizabeth-class Aircraft Carrier
The ''Queen Elizabeth'' class is a class of two aircraft carriers of the United Kingdom's Royal Navy which are the central components of the UK Carrier Strike Group. The lead ship, , was named on 4 July 2014, in honour of Elizabeth I. She was commissioned on 7 December 2017. The second, , was launched on 21 December 2017, and was commissioned on 10 December 2019. The contract for the vessels was announced in July 2007, ending several years of delay over cost issues and British naval shipbuilding restructuring. The contracts were signed one year later on 3 July 2008, with the Aircraft Carrier Alliance, a partnership formed with Babcock International, Thales Group, A&P Group, the UK Ministry of Defence and BAE Systems. SD Tempest
SD ''Tempest'' is an ART 8032 class tug operated by Serco Marine Services in support of the United Kingdom's Naval Service. ''Tempest'' was ordered specifically to handle the Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carriers however she performs general harbour towage when not required in her primary role. Normally based in Portsmouth, ''Tempest'' was temporarily transferred to Rosyth in June 2017 to assist with HMS ''Queen Elizabeth's'' departure on sea trials.
