This is a list of settlements located on the coastline of Lake Ohrid which is located between the countries of North Macedonia and Albania. Settlements are automatically listed from east of the River Drin outflow from the Lake, clockwise. The table can be reorganised based on country, municipality name, population, and the language(s) spoken in the settlement. Lake Ohrid
Lake Ohrid ( mk, Охридско Езеро , al, Liqeni i Ohrit , also referred as ''Liqeni i Pogradecit'';) is a lake which straddles the mountainous border between the southwestern part of North Macedonia and eastern Albania. It is one of Europe's deepest and oldest lakes, with a unique aquatic ecosystem of worldwide importance, with more than 200 endemic species. North Macedonia's side of Lake Ohrid was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979, with the site being extended to also include the cultural and historic area of Ohrid in 1980. In 2010, NASA named one of Titan's lakes after it. In 2014, the Ohrid-Prespa Transboundary Reserve between Albania and North Macedonia was added to UNESCO's World Network of Biosphere Reserves. Elšani ( mk, Елшани) is a village in the municipality of Ohrid, North Macedonia. Radožda ( mk, Радожда ) is a village in the Struga municipality in the southwestern region of North Macedonia. Geography Radožda is situated on the western shore of the Ohrid Lake. It is south of the town Struga. It is from the Macedonian-Albanian border crossing Qafë Thanë. The closest village is the village of Lin which is situated in Albania. Lin, Korçë
Lin ( sq-definite, Lini, mk, Лин) is a village in the former Udënisht Municipality in Korçë County, Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Pogradec. Geography Lin is situated on a small peninsula on Lake Ohrid, just south of the Qafë Thanë mountain pass, which is a border-crossing point between Albania and North Macedonia. Pogradec is roughly 22 km to the south of the village, while Struga is about 10 km north, along the lake shore. Radožda is the nearest settlement on the opposite side of the border. Pogradec () is the eleventh most populous city in Albania and the capital of the eponymous municipality. It is located on a narrow plain between two mountain chains along the southwestern banks of the Lake of Ohrid. Its climate is profoundly influenced by a seasonal Mediterranean and Continental climate. The total population is 61,530, of which 20,848 in the municipal unit (the pre-2015 municipality) Pogradec (2011 census).
