This is a list of Surinamese Hoofdklasse top scorers, that enumerates all players that have finished a season as top goalscorers in the top level of the Surinamese football league system from 1914 (the year that the first championship was disputed) to date. Top scorers by year Below is the incomplete list of topscorers from 1964 to date: Records *Robert "Muis" Lawrence (Laurens) previously held the record for scoring the most goals in a single calendar year, with 30 in the 1998–99 season, but that long-standing record was broken in the 2018–19 season by Renzo Akrosie from Sportvereniging Nationaal Leger (SNL) with 33 goals. SV Robinhood
Sport Vereniging Robinhood is a Surinamese football club based in Paramaribo that competes in the SVB Eerste Divisie, the highest level of football in Suriname. Founded on 6 February 1945, Robinhood is the most successful club in Surinamese football, having won a record 24 league titles, and a record of five Beker van Surinames and President's Cups apiece. The club was the first Surinamese club to make the final of a North American tournament, reaching the 1972 CONCACAF Champions' Cup final. Though making five CONCACAF club championship finals in their history, Robinhood has never won a continental title. A majority of the club's success was during the 1970s and 1980s at the helm of longtime manager, Ronald Kolf, who led the club to the 30 of 31 honors received. SV Transvaal
Sport Vereniging Transvaal is a Surinamese association football club, which currently play in the Eerste Divisie, the top flight of football in Suriname. They play their home games in Paramaribo at André Kamperveen Stadion to a capacity of 7,100. The team is one of Suriname's most successful, having won their first league championship in 1925, and having won a total of 19, good for second most in Suriname after Robinhood. Transvaal have also won the Beker van Suriname (Surinamese Cup) three times and the Suriname President's Cup twice (1997 and 2008). The biggest international successes were in 1973 and 1981, both resulting in CONCACAF Champions Cup victories. To date, they are the only Surinamese club to win the Champions' Cup (now Champions League).
