List Of Regional Bus Routes In Skåne County
This is a list of regional Skånetrafiken bus routes in Skåne County, Sweden - as well as adjacent counties, as some routes cross the border to nearby municipalities outside of the county. Skånetrafiken operates over 100 regular regional bus services, as well as seven express services called "SkåneExpressen". In addition, there are other routes that are operated only upon pre-order. Since December 2021, Skånetrafiken operates some of its regional bus routes with fully electric buses. List of routes As of timetables in August 2022. Skånetrafiken Regional Bus
Skånetrafiken is the regional public transit district in Skåne län, in the south of Sweden. Skånetrafiken was founded in 1999 when the two counties Kristianstads län and Malmöhus län were merged into one region, causing the two respective transport authorities for each previous county to be amalgamated. Presently, Skånetrafiken is a part of the regional government of Region Skåne. The main office is located in Hässleholm with a second office in Lund. The managing director of Skånetrafiken is Magnus Hedin. Public transport services Skånetrafiken organise train services on several lines within Skåne, called Pågatåg, which are currently delivered under contract by Arriva. These are supplemented by the Öresundståg, regional train services managed by Skånetrafikken, which cross into Denmark and neighbouring counties in Sweden. Lomma () is a locality and the seat of Lomma Municipality, Skåne County, Sweden. In 2020 it had 13,772 inhabitants. History Lomma was mentioned in a deed of Cnut the great under the name ''Lumaby'' in the year 1085. Skåne's cultural centre at the time was the plains surrounding Lund and Dalby known as Lundaslätten. Bjärred (, outdatedly ) is a coastal locality situated in Lomma Municipality, SkÃ¥ne County, Sweden. It is situated about 20 km north of Malmö, 10 km west of Lund and 5 km north of Lomma village.
