Madhya Pradesh
Madhya Pradesh (, ; meaning 'central province') is a state in central India. Its capital is Bhopal, and the largest city is Indore, with Jabalpur, Ujjain, Gwalior, Sagar, and Rewa being the other major cities. Tatya Tope
Tantia Tope (also spelled Tatya Tope, : ̪aːt̪ʲa ʈoːpe 6 January 1814 – 18 April 1859) was a general in the Indian Rebellion of 1857 and one of its notable leaders. Despite lacking formal military training, Tantia Tope is widely considered as one of the best and most effective courageous generals in the Indian struggle for independence. Born as Ramachandra Panduranga Yawalkar to a Marathi Deshastha Brahmin family, in Yeola, (near Nasik). Tantia took on the title ''Tope'', meaning commanding officer. His first name Tantia means General. Aditya Joshi
Aditya Joshi (born 7 August 1996) is an Indian badminton player. He is the first male Indian junior badminton player who ranked first place in the world junior rankings. Career Joshi comes from Uttarakhand, India. Joshi got the number one slot in the junior rankings of the World Badminton Federation in January 2014. He was at the 11th position till November 2013, but he managed to jump ahead of all the players by achieving 18,776 points and got top ranked in the world. Joshi was the junior national champion in year 2013 and had won two gold medals in Indian junior international tournament. In 2012 he participated at the India Open Grand Prix Gold. Varsha Varman
Varsha Varman (born 1 June 1994) is a professional Indian sport shooter. She won the bronze medal at the 2014 Asian Games at Incheon in the women's double trap team event, along with Shagun Chowdhary and Shreyasi Singh. Varman thus became the first sportsperson from Bhopal Madhya Pradesh to win a medal at the Asian Games. She is a prodigy. She is the only athlete from her state to have represented India at the Commonwealth Games. Varsha studied at St. Joseph's Co-ed School, Bhopal. Abdul Kadar Khatri
Abdul Kadar Khatri (1961–2019) was an Indian master craftsman in the sector of traditional hand block printing known as Bagh Print. He was the son of Ismail Sulemanji Khatri, founder of Bagh print. Anil Kakodkar
Anil Kakodkar (born 11 November 1943) is an Indian nuclear physicist and mechanical engineer. He was the chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission of India and the Secretary to the Government of India, he was the Director of the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Trombay from 1996 to 2000. Narendra Krishna Karmarkar (born Circa 1956) is an Indian Mathematician. Karmarkar developed Karmarkar's algorithm. He is listed as an ISI highly cited researcher. He invented one of the first provably polynomial time algorithms for linear programming, which is generally referred to as an interior point method. Jhalkaribai (22 November 1830 – 4 April 1858) was a woman soldier who played an important role in the Indian Rebellion of 1857. She served in the women's army of Rani Lakshmibai of Jhansi.
