The non-metropolitan county of Lincolnshire is divided into 7 parliamentary constituencies – 1 borough constituency and 6 county constituencies. Constituencies 2010 boundary changes In the Fifth Review the Boundary Commission for England recommended that Lincolnshire retained its current constituencies, with minor changes only to reflect revisions to local authority ward boundaries and to reduce the electoral disparity between constituencies. Proposed boundary changes ''See 2023 Periodic Review of Westminster constituencies for further details.'' Following the abandonment of the Sixth Periodic Review (the 2018 review), the Boundary Commission for England formally launched the 2023 Review on 5 January 2021. Metropolitan and non-metropolitan counties are one of the four levels of subdivisions of England used for the purposes of local government outside Greater London and the Isles of Scilly. As originally constituted, the metropolitan and non-metropolitan counties each consisted of multiple Districts of England, districts, had a county council#England, county council and were also the Ceremonial counties of England, counties for the purposes of Lieutenancies. South Holland and The Deepings is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament, since its 1997 creation, by John Hayes, a Conservative. At the 2017 general election, the constituency recorded a higher Conservative share of the vote than any constituency since 1970, with 69.9% of voters backing the party. Victoria Mary Atkins (born 22 March 1976) is a British politician who has served as Financial Secretary to the Treasury since October 2022. Karen Elizabeth Lee (born 15 January 1959) is a British Labour Party politician. She was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Lincoln between the 2017 general election and the 2019 general election. She defeated the sitting Conservative MP, Karl McCartney by 1,538 votes in the 2017 general election but lost to him in 2019. In July 2017, Lee was appointed Parliamentary Private Secretary to Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell.
