World Trade Center Bangalore
The World Trade Center Bangalore (WTCB) is a building complex located in Malleswaram West, Bangalore, India, which was opened for operation in 2010. Built by Brigade Group who obtained the WTCA license for its construction, the building became the second World Trade Center in India after the one in Mumbai. At 128 m, the WTCB was the tallest commercial building in south India from 2010 till 2015 and the tallest building in Bangalore between 2010 and 2013. The building is part of an integrated enclave called "Brigade Gateway", along with Orion Mall, Manipal Hospital, Sheraton Hotel, Brigade School and Brigade Gateway Apartments. The WTCB is close to ISKCON Temple, Indian Institute of Science, Yesvantpur Junction railway station and Sandal Soap Factory metro station. Ulsoor Lake (5392330091)
Ulsoor Lake or Halasuru Lake, one of the biggest lakes in Bangalore, is located on the eastern side of the city. It derives its name from the name of the locality it is situated, namely, Halasuru, close to M G Road. It is spread over and has several islands. Even though the lake is dated to Kempe Gowdas's time, the present lake was created by Lewin Bentham Bowring, the then Commissioner of Bangalore. A part of the lake is controlled by the Madras Engineer Group, and the rest by the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike The lake was subject to several types of pollution threats. Water quality The health of the lake eco-system was, therefore, monitored at six monitoring points on the lake for light, temperature, oxygen, nutrients and the type of aquatic plants that grow in the lake. Ulsoor
Ulsoor, or Halasuru, is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city of Bangalore. It is located in central Bangalore, and begins roughly near the eastern terminus of MG Road. It is renowned for its numerous temples and market. History and name The village of Bangalore is said to have been gifted to Kempe Gowda I (1513–1569) by the Vijayanagar emperors. Anugraha
Anugraha is the official residence of the Chief Minister of Karnataka. It is located on Kumarakrupa Road, in its capital city Bangalore, and occupies 60 squares adjacent to the Chief Minister's home office. Sadashivanagara (Kannada: ಸದಾಶಿವನಗರ) is an affluent residential neighbourhood in Bangalore in the Indian state of Karnataka. The neighbourhood houses plush homes and mansions of several famous celebrities, businessmen and politicians. History Sadashivanagar was created out of the former royal gardens, and is home to one of the original four towers built in 1597 by Kempe Gowda I, the founder of the city.
