Clarence "Foots" Walker (born May 21, 1951 in Southampton (town), New York, Southampton, New York) is a former professional basketball player. A 6' 0" guard, he led the Vincennes Trailblazers to their second NJCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship, NJCAA National Title (1970) alongside Bob McAdoo; after transferring to the University of West Georgia, West Georgia College, he led Roger Kaiser's Braves to the 1974 NAIA men's basketball tournament, 1974 NAIA National Title. Walker spent ten seasons (1974–1984) in the NBA, playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New Jersey Nets. On October 17, 1978, Walker set a career high with 26 points scored in a win against the Los Angeles Lakers. He was the first Cavalier to record a triple-double, which he achieved in 1979. Darrell Walker (born March 9, 1961) is an American college basketball coach and retired professional player. He is currently head men's coach at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. At 6'4" (1.93 m) and 180 lb (82 kg), he played as a guard. He attended Chicago's Corliss High School. Playing career After playing college basketball at Westark Community College (now the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith) and the University of Arkansas, Walker was selected by the New York Knicks with the 12th pick in the first round of the 1983 NBA draft. Chet Walker
Chester Walker (born February 22, 1940) is an American former professional basketball player. Born in Bethlehem, Mississippi, Walker played high school basketball for the Benton Harbor High School boys basketball team. He graduated from Bradley University in 1962 as the school's all-time leading scorer. The Bradley Braves won the NIT Championship in 1957 and 1960. Walker's speed and agility on the court earned him the nickname "Chet the Jet." He probably is best remembered as a starting forward on the 1966–67 Philadelphia 76ers team, which some consider the best NBA team of all time. Antoine Devon Walker (born August 12, 1976) is an American former professional basketball player. He was drafted with the sixth overall pick in the 1996 NBA draft out of the University of Kentucky and played in the NBA from 1996 to 2008. Neal Eugene Walk (July 29, 1948 – October 4, 2015) was an American college and professional basketball player who was a center in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for eight seasons during the late 1960s and 1970s, playing overseas afterward. Walk played college basketball for the University of Florida, and remains the Florida Gators' all-time rebounds leader. Granville S. Waiters (January 8, 1961 – March 23, 2021) was an American professional basketball player. At 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m) and 225 lb (102 kg), Waiters played center. As a senior in high school, Waiters helped Columbus East to a state championship over St. Joseph, who were led by his eventual Buckeyes and Pacers teammate Clark Kellogg. During the 1982-83 season for Ohio State, he was a team captain and averaged 10.4 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. He was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers in the second round of the 1983 NBA draft. The Blazers sold his draft rights to the Indiana Pacers, and Waiters spent his first two seasons in Indiana.
