The Liga MX, officially known as the Liga BBVA MX for sponsorship reasons, is the top professional Association football, football division in Mexico, holding 2 tournaments per year. Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente, commonly known as Tijuana, or simply as '' Xolos'', is a Mexican professional football club based in Tijuana. The club's badge is the founder's (Jorge Hank) hairless xoloitzcuintle, Hermoso. Founded on 14 January 2007 as ''Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles de Caliente'', the club plays their home games at the Estadio Caliente. Raúl Alonso Jiménez Rodríguez (; born 5 May 1991) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a forward for club Wolverhampton Wanderers and the Mexico national team. Jiménez began his career in Club América's youth system before debuting in the first division in October 2011. He won his first championship with América in 2013, winning the Clausura tournament, and was the team's second-highest goalscorer. In August 2014, Jiménez joined Spanish side Atlético Madrid. After one season, he signed for Benfica, with whom he won two consecutive league titles, among other major honours. Andrés Felipe Andrade Torres (born 23 February 1989) is a Colombian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Alianza Lima. Personal life Andrade was born in Cali in 1989. His father, Adolfo Andrade, also was a professional footballer who played for Deportivo Cali, the rivals of América de Cali, as well the Colombia national team. Andrés Lorenzo Ríos (born 1 August 1989) known as Andy Ríos, is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a striker for Defensa y Justicia. Aquivaldo Mosquera
Aquivaldo Mosquera Romaña (born 22 June 1981) is a Colombian former professional footballer. He also holds Mexican citizenship. Club career Mosquera made his debut in 2000 playing for Atlético Nacional. He would make over 150 appearances for the club before moving to Pachuca of Mexico in 2005. With Pachuca, he won two league titles (Clausura 2006 and 2007), a CONCACAF Champions' Cup in 2007, and a Copa Sudamericana in 2006. In the summer of 2007 Mosquera transferred to Sevilla FC of La Liga. Though he would stay with the club until 2009, Mosquera only managed to appear in 41 league matches. Club de Futbol Cruz Azul or simply Cruz Azul () is a professional football club based in Mexico City, Mexico. It competes in the Liga MX, the top division of Mexican football. Because "azul" means "blue" in Spanish, the club has traditionally worn a blue home kit. Francisco Javier "Maza" Rodríguez Pineda (; born 20 October 1981) is a Mexican former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Club career Guadalajara Francisco Javier Rodríguez was born in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, which is the origin of his nickname "Maza" (short for Mazatlán).
