List Of Italian Football Transfers Summer 2011 (co-ownership)
This is a list of Italian football transfers for co-ownership resolutions, for the 2011–12 season, from and to Serie A and Serie B. According to Article 102 bis of NOIF (Norme Organizzative Interne della F.I.G.C). The co-ownership (football), co-ownership deal must be confirmed each year. The deal may expired, renewed, bought back or sold outright. Deals that failed to form an agreement after the deadline, will be defined by auction between the 2 clubs. Which the club will submit their bid in a sealed envelope. Non-submission (N.D. in the list) may lead to the rights is free to give to the opposite side. The mother club could sell their rights to third parties, likes Emiliano Viviano in 2010. The deadline of 2011 window would be at 19:00 on 24 June 2011, Friday. Co-ownership (football)
Co-ownership is a system whereby two football clubs own the contract of a player jointly, although the player is only registered to play for one club. It is not a universal system, but is used in some countries, including Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. It was formerly commonplace in Italy, though the practice has now been abolished there. This type of deal differs from third-party ownership, in that in the latter, the player's contract is owned by a non-footballing entity, such as a management company. Italy Co-ownership deals were common in Italian football, before being banned at the end of the 2014–15 season. The practice was sanctioned in Article 102 bis of the FIGC Internal Organizational Regulations (''Norme Organizzative Interne della FIGC'') and were officially known as "participation rights" (''diritti di partecipazione''). Società Polisportiva Ars et Labor, commonly known as S.P.A.L. (), is a professional football club based in Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The team plays in Serie B, the second tier of the Italian football league system. Ascoli Calcio 1898 F.C., commonly referred to as Ascoli, is an Italian football club based in Ascoli Piceno, Marche. The club was formed in 1898 and currently plays in Serie B. The team traditionally play in vertical black and white stripes. Raffaele Schiavi (born 15 March 1986) is an Italian footballer who plays as a centre back for Maltese club Sliema Wanderers. Biography Schiavi's first club was Salernitana, but he only played eight times before joining Lecce in 2005. He had to wait for a chance in the first team however, and had a loan spell at Brescia where he made four appearances. He joined the Serie B team Vicenza Calcio in 2010, in a loan with option to purchase deal. He was a first team regular for Vicenza in the 2010–11 campaign, making 38 appearances with 3 goals.
