Below is a list of characters from the anime series ''Hoshin Engi''. Kongrong Mountains ; : :The protagonist of the series. He is a disciple at the Kongrong Mountains and Genshi Tenson's best pupil. He received the Hoshin Project from Genshi Tenson, and became a strategist to defeat the collapsing Yin dynasty and to help King Bu of Zhou. , better known by the stage name Kenn (stylized as KENN), is a Japanese actor, voice actor and singer from Tokyo, Japan. He made his debut as a voice actor in 2004 in the Japanese anime ''Yu-Gi-Oh! GX'' (''Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters GX'' in Japan) as Jaden Yuki, the protagonist of the series and his most known role. He also performed in the musical adaptation of the popular sports anime ''The Prince of Tennis'' as Yuta Fuji, the younger brother of Seigaku's Shusuke Fuji. Huang Feihu is a fictional character in the Chinese epic fantasy novel ''Fengshen Bang''. Originally known as Prince Wucheng () of the Shang Dynasty, he defects to Xiqi (西岐; the precursor to the Zhou Dynasty), a vassal state under Shang, after the tyrannical King Zhou of Shang caused the death of his wife. He brings along his two younger brothers, three sons, four close friends, and hundreds of followers loyal to him. Rica Matsumoto
is a Japanese actress, voice actress and singer who was born in Yokohama, Japan. Her name is also sometimes romanized as Rica Matsumoto. She was one of the founders of the anison band JAM Project. After early stage work, she began both voice acting and singing careers. The most popular role by Rica is Satoshi (Ash Ketchum in English translations), the main character of the anime series ''Pokémon''. She also had a role in the ''Yu-Gi-Oh'' series as Ryo Bakura and Yami Bakura. As such, Matsumoto has taken on roles for young boys. Leizhenzi ( zh, c=雷震子, p=Léizhènzǐ) a character in the classic Chinese novel ''Investiture of the Gods'' (''Fengshen Yanyi''). Leizhenzi is a celestial being that had been created by a great thunderstorm at Mount Swallow.
