Awaji Kokubun-ji
is a Ritsu-sect Buddhist temple in the Yagikokubu neighborhood of the city of Minamiawaji, Hyōgo, Japan. Itami Castle
270px, Map of Itami Castle. was a Muromachi period Japanese castle located in Kawabe District of northern Settsu Province (what is now the city of Itami, Hyōgo Prefecture), Japan. It is also called .Its ruins have been protected as a National Historic Site since 1979. The ruins of the castle are located just in front of today's Itami Station. History Itami Castle was constructed by the Itami clans minor samurai clan who controlled this area of Settsu Province in the Nanboku-chō period. It was extensively remodeled in 1472. In 1574, Araki Murashige demolished the castle, and rebuilt it as one of the largest castles in this region. He also changed its name from Itami Castle to Arioka Castle. However, after Araki rebelled against Oda Nobunaga, the castle was attacked during the Siege of Itami (1579). Akō, Hyōgo

Akō Castle
is a flatland Japanese castle located in the city of Akō, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. Built by the Asano clan in the Edo period, it was the center of Akō Domain in western Harima Province. The castle was designated a National Historic Site in 1971, with the area under protection expanded in 2003. Within the castle grounds is the ''Nagayamon'' gate to the residence of Ōishi Kuranosuke, the ''karō'' of the domain under Asano Naganori. The house itself no longer exists, but its location has a separate National Historic Site designation. Okishio Castle
is the remains of a Muromachi period Japanese castle structure located in the city of Himeji, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. Its ruins have been protected as a National Historic Site as one of the Remains of Akamatsu-shi Castles, combining both Shirahata Castle and Kanjōsan Castle, since 1996. It is also referred to as "Ojio Castle" after an alternative pronunciation of the ''kanji'' in its name. Overview Okioshio Castle is located on the 370-meter Mount Ojioyama, north of the center of Himeji city.
