The Victoria Cross (VC; french: Croix de Victoria) was created in 1993, perpetuating the lineage of the British Victoria Cross, while serving as the highest award within the Orders, decorations, and medals of Canada, Canadian honours system, Canadian order of precedence (decorations and medals), taking precedence over all other orders, decorations, and medals. The Bundeswehr Cross of Honour for Valour (german: Ehrenkreuz der Bundeswehr für Tapferkeit) is the highest military decoration of the Bundeswehr. It is the highest class of the Bundeswehr Cross of Honour. The decoration is the first combat valour award presented by Germany since World War II. Cross Of Liberty (Estonia)
The Cross of Liberty () was a medal established by then Prime Minister of Estonia, Konstantin Päts, on 24 February 1919 to honor people for their services during the Estonian War of Independence and conferred in three grades, each in three classes. Grade I was for military leadership, Grade II for personal courage, and Grade III for civilian service. Grade and class is attached to the name of recipient in the form of post-nominal letters. The 1st class of II grade was never conferred. Although still mentioned in the list of Estonian state decorations by the president of the republic, bestowal of the Cross of Liberty was terminated on 19 June 1925. The Valour Cross ( da, Tapperhedskorset) is the highest military decoration of Denmark. Established on 14 November 2011, and first awarded on 18 November 2011, it is awarded for outstanding acts of courage in combat.
