Daniel Kablan Duncan
Daniel Kablan Duncan (born 30 June 1943) is an Ivorian politician. He previously served as Prime Minister of Ivory Coast from 11 December 1993 to 24 December 1999 and again from November 2012 to January 2017. He was Minister of Foreign Affairs from June 2011 to November 2012. He was also the first Vice President of Ivory Coast, after the recreation of this office, from January 2017 until 13 July 2020. Life and career Duncan was born at Ouelle on 30 June 1943. He completed his secondary and tertiary studies in France. He went to Lycée Montaigne in Bordeaux. Raymond Tshibanda N'Tungammulong (born 20 November 1950) is a Congolese diplomat and politician serving as the President of the Liberal Christian Democrats Union, a political party in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He also served as the DRC's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation from 2012 to 2016, and currently serves as President Joseph Kabila's special envoy to the United States. Alexis Thambwe Mwamba (born May 6, 1943) is a Congolese politician who has assumed various political roles and offices since the early 1980s going from Minister of Public Works, Minister of State Portfolio, Minister of Transportation, Minister of Planning, Minister of Foreign Affairs and recently in December 2014, he was appointed Minister of Justice of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
