Golf
Golf is a club-and-ball sport in which players use various clubs to hit balls into a series of holes on a course in as few strokes as possible. Golf, unlike most ball games, cannot and does not use a standardized playing area, and coping with the varied terrains encountered on different courses is a key part of the game. Courses typically have either 18 or 9 ''holes'', regions of terrain that each contain a ''cup'', the hole that receives the ball. Shi-Hyun Ahn
Ahn Shi-hyun, or Shi Hyun Ahn (; 15 September 1984) is a South Korean professional golfer. Pro golf career Ahn turned professional in 2002 and that year she topped the order of merit on the Apache Dream Tour (the KLPGA's developmental tour) after winning three times. In 2003, she won the CJ Nine Bridges Classic, an LPGA Tour sanctioned event in her home country. At 19 years, 1 month and 18 days she was the youngest non-American winner in the tour's history. She also finished fourth on the LPGA of Korea Tour money list. Aditi Ashok (born 29 March 1998) is an Indian professional golfer from Bangalore. She plays on the Ladies European Tour and LPGA Tour. She made her Olympic Games debut at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She qualified for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, representing India in golf and finished 4th. Personal life Aditi was born in Bangalore to Ashok Gudlamani and Maheshwari. Stéphanie Arricau (born 14 June 1973 in Orthez) is a French professional golfer. She studied marketing and management and had a long amateur career as a junior and an adult before turning professional at the age of 26. She has played on the Ladies European Tour since 2000, winning the Unión Fenosa Open de España Femenino and the Arras Open de France Dames in 2004 and the KLM Ladies Dutch Open and the Estoril Ladies Open of Portugal in 2006. Jody Anschutz
Jody Anschutz (born October 18, 1962) is an American professional golfer. She competed as Jody Rosenthal prior to marrying Fred Anschutz on October 14, 1989. Career Rosenthal was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She attended the University of Tulsa. As an amateur she won the 1984 British Ladies Amateur and played for the United States in the 1984 Curtis Cup. Her debut season on the LPGA Tour was 1986 and she won Rookie of the Year honors. In her second season she won two tournaments including the du Maurier Classic, which was then one of the LPGA's major championships, and finished in the top ten in the other three majors on her way to fifth in the money list. From that time on however her career followed a downwards trajectory. She did not win again and did not make the top one hundred on the money list after 1992. Donna Andrews (golfer)
Donna Andrews (born April 12, 1967) is an American professional golfer. Born in Lynchburg, Virginia, Andrews played college golf at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and won the North and South Women's Amateur at Pinehurst in 1988. Andrews' rookie season on the LPGA Tour was 1990; she won six titles between 1993 and 1998, including a major championship, the 1994 Nabisco Dinah Shore, won with a birdie on the final hole. Amy Olson née Anderson (born July 10, 1992) is an American professional golfer on the LPGA Tour. She turned professional in 2013 after her collegiate career at North Dakota State University where she won an NCAA record 20 collegiate events. Amateur career Anderson won numerous local, state, and regional competitions with her most notable win coming in 2009 at the U.S. Girl's Junior at Trump National in Bedminster, New Jersey. Helen Christine Alfredsson (born 9 April 1965) is a Swedish professional golfer who played primarily on the U.S.-based LPGA Tour and is also a life member of the Ladies European Tour.
