aTelecine was an American industrial band featuring Ian Cinnamon and Sveio. The band was co-founded by actress Sasha Grey. They released their first EP '' aVigillant Carpark'' in 2009 in 7 inch vinyl only. Their debut album ''The Falcon and the Pod'' was released on August 9, 2011. aTelecine's first live concert took place in Kraków during Unsound Festival on October 20, 2012. Grey left the band in 2013, although she is credited with vocals on two songs on the 2014 release Der Baum Der Bosen. As of 2021 the band's most recent release is 2017's Anonymous Holes LP, which credits Ian Preston Cinnamon as the sole member. Asriel (band)
Asriel was a Japanese metal band composed of Kurose Keisuke (Composer and Representative) and KOKOMI (Vocal and Lyrics). They were an indie group and have released 10 indie albums and 4 commercial singles. They started out releasing their music in the doujin scene, but have since also had their music used for anime and visual novels. Concept/history The band members KOKOMI and Kurose Keisuke became acquaintances as members of LMINA Sound Art's (now known an AZE:LC). They formed their own band in May 2006, with the name written "as + real" to form as "Asriel", the origin of the group name, which is also a reference to the Islam angel "Azrael". Ascension of the Watchers is an American gothic rock band from Pennsylvania. It was originally formed by Burton C. Bell (Fear Factory, G/Z/R) and John Bechdel ( Ministry, Fear Factory, Killing Joke, Prong, Murder, Inc.). Career In October 2005, they headlined The Surfacing Tour with Bechdel's other band, False Icons, and Still Life Decay, a New York City industrial metal band that Burton has recorded with. A full-length album and some "special shows" were in the planning stages for 2007, according to an announcement Burton made on the official Ascension of the Watchers website in October 2006. Arditi (band)
Arditi is a Swedish martial industrial and neoclassical band. It consists of Henry Möller (Puissance and Leidungr) and Mårten Björkman from black metal bands Algaion and Octinomos. Arditi formed in 1997,Spearheaded by H. Möller and M. Arcana (Swedish Band)
Arcana is Sweden, Swedish neoclassical dark wave band created in 1994 by Peter Bjärgö. History The original band consisted of founder Peter Bjärgö (then Peter Pettersson) and vocalist Ida Bengtsson. Since 2002, Arcana has changed line-up and now consists of Peter Bjärgö, Stefan Eriksson, Ann-Mari Thim, Ia Bjärgö and Mattias Borgh. Often largely instrumental, the band describes its music as inspired by medieval music or the middle age's more romantic aspects. Their album Le Serpent Rouge had a more oriental feeling to it, with instruments like hammered dulcimer, finger cymbals, duduk and other oriental/Arabic instruments. Martin Lee Stephenson is a British experimental sound artist, musician, producer and songwriter from London. He is one half of the experimental act Spooncurve (with Faye Rochelle) and the composer/producer for the occult/hermetic inspired dark ambient project Apollon (apollon93). He also records under the names of Doppler 20:20 and Vulse. At the end of 2012, he had released more than 150 recordings. Reverberation (also known as reverb), in acoustics, is a persistence of sound, after a sound is produced. Reverberation is created when a sound or signal is reflected causing numerous reflections to build up and then decay as the sound is absorbed by the surfaces of objects in the space – which could include furniture, people, and air. This is most noticeable when the sound source stops but the reflections continue, their amplitude decreasing, until zero is reached. Reverberation is frequency dependent: the length of the decay, or reverberation time, receives special consideration in the architectural design of spaces which need to have specific reverberation times to achieve optimum performance for their intended activity. Antimatter, a UK dark rock band, is the solo project of longtime founding member Mick Moss. The project was originally a duo composed of founding member Duncan Patterson (former bassist/songwriter of Anathema) and Moss, being essentially an amalgamation of two solo projects working in tandem with each other, with each member writing and arranging their songs alone and compiling them in the studio later on to create an album.
