Food Network is an American basic cable channel owned by Television Food Network, G.P., a joint venture and general partnership between Warner Bros. Discovery Networks (which holds a 69% ownership stake of the network) and Nexstar Media Group (which owns the remaining 31%). Despite this ownership structure, Warner Bros. Discovery has operating control of the channel, and manages and operates it as a division of the Warner Bros. Discovery U.S. Networks Group. The channel airs both special and regular episodic programs about food and cooking. Maneet Chauhan
Maneet Chauhan (born 27 October 1976 in Ludhiana, Punjab) is an Indian American chef and television personality. Previously the Executive Chef of several notable restaurants in Chicago, Nashville, and New York, she is featured as a judge on ''Chopped'' on the Food Network. She has appeared on ''The Next Iron Chef'', on '' The View'' on ABC, ''Iron Chef America'', the ''Today'' show on NBC, and as a judge on the finale of ''Worst Cooks in America'' on Food Network. She has also won the 2021 Food Network competition Tournament of Champions. Chauhan was invited by President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama for the Annual Easter Egg Roll Hunt 2014 to the White House. She is also an invited member of Indiaspora that hosted 100 influential Indian American leaders as part of its first Forum in September 2012. Aarón Sánchez (chef)
Aarón Sánchez (born February 12, 1976) is a Mexican-American celebrity chef, restaurateur, television personality, cookbook author and philanthropist. He is the executive chef and part-owner of the Mexican restaurant Johnny Sánchez in New Orleans. He co-starred on Food Network's hit series '' Chopped'' and '' Chopped Jr.'' and hosted Cooking Channel's Emmy-nominated '' Taco Trip''. He has appeared on '' Iron Chef America'', and is one of the few chefs whose battles have ended in a draw, tying with Masaharu Morimoto in "Battle Black Bass" in Season 2. He was also a contestant on ''The Next Iron Chef''. He is the author of two cookbooks, and had a memoir released October 1, 2019.
