Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, New Jersey
Holy Cross Cemetery is a Catholic cemetery located in North Arlington, New Jersey, United States. Since its establishment in 1915, it has interred over 289,000 individuals. The cemetery operates under the supervision of the Archdiocese of Newark. The cemetery is in size and located in North Arlington, at the south end of Bergen County. By August 2013, the cemetery had provided burial or entombment facilities for 289,600 individuals. History The cemetery was established in 1915 and now has used for graves or developed for interment. There is another allocated for development. The mausoleum is being expanded, creating 6,100 aboveground spaces for crypts and 920 niches for cremated remains. Riverside Township, New Jersey
Riverside Township is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 8,079, reflecting an increase of 168 (+2.1%) from the 7,911 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 63 (−0.8%) from the 7,974 counted in the 1990 Census. North Arlington Jewish Cemetery
North Arlington Jewish Cemetery is a cemetery dating to the turn of the 19th century, and located in North Arlington, New Jersey, along New Jersey Route 7, Belleville Turnpike (New Jersey Route 7). It is situated on a roughly triangular four-acre piece of land, between the gritty industrial park of Porete Avenue and the much larger Arlington Memorial Park grounds on the other side of the Route 7. Porete Ave, which borders the Kearny, New Jersey, Kearny landfill and the New Jersey Meadowlands, surrounds most of the cemetery. At the time the cemetery was formed, however, it was situated among woods and farmland.
