Igreja De Nossa Senhora Das Neves
The ''Igreja de Nossa Senhora das Neves'' (Church of Our Lady of the Snows) is a historical Catholic church in Rachol village, Salcete sub-district, on the southern banks of the Zuari river, in the South Goa district of Goa state, India. The church was built in the 1560's during the Goa Inquisition. It is situated in close proximity to the renowned Rachol Seminary. There is a church of the same name in the neighbouring village of Raia. History The Colonial Portuguese Baroque style church was originally built with mud walls and a thatched roof, alongside the fort of Rachol. Church Of Our Lady Of Springs
The Church of Our Lady of Springs ( pt, Igreja de Nossa Senhora das Brotas) is located in the vicinity of the Fort Anjediva on the Anjadip Island, off the west Coast of India under the administrative control of Goa, India. Initially, in AD 1502, it was built as a small thatched chapel, but later, in AD 1506, was made into a more permanent structure. It was rebuilt in 1682 and subsequently refurbished in AD 1729. An Insignia awarded by Rome as the ‘Mother Church’ is seen in this church. Our Lady of Grace Church is a Roman Catholic church in Chorão, Goa, India. It is bounded on its north and west by the Mapusa River, with Salvador do Mundo remaining exactly opposite to it.
