Aung Lwin
Aung Lwin ( my, အောင်လွင် ; born 23 October 1935) is a Myanmar Academy Award winning Burmese actor and director, having made his film debut in 1957. Early life and career Aung Lwin was born on Sittwe, Rakhine State, Myanmar. His parents are ethnic Rakhine U Aung Kyaw Zan and Daw Kywe. He also studied at No.3, Basic Education High School, Botahtaung for about five years. He made his film debut in 1957 and starred in the 2004 film '' Naug Ma Kja Kyay''. He also directed the Myanmar film '' Moe Goke Set Wyne Ko Kyaw Lun Yeuh'' (''Beyond the Horizon''). He is the board member of Myanmar Academy Awards selection committee of the Myanmar Motion Picture Organisation. He resigned from the Myanmar Academy Awards selection committee in July 2014. Nat Khat ( my, နက္ခတ်; born Soe Moe Naing, 22 October 1990) is a Burmese television actor. Nyein Thaw ( my, ညိမ်းသော်; born Nyein Nyein Thaw 13 April 1993) is a Burmese actor and model. He gained popularity after starring in the 2017 thriller film '' Nya'' which brought him wider recognition. Early life and education Nyein Thaw was born on 13 April 1993 in Monywa. Nyi Pu
Nyi Pu ( my, ညီပု, ; 12 September 1900 – 1 September 1996) was a Burmese actor and film director. He was the first film actor in Burmese cinema. His youngest brother was Tin Maung, an accomplished film director. Biography Nyi Pu was born Ba Htay on 12 September 1900 in Prome (Pyay), the second son of Ba Nyunt and Nyein Shin during the British colonial era. In 1920, Ba Htay participated in the First University Strike against the British rulers. In the same year, he along with photographer Maung Maung assisted Ohn Maung who was looking to make films in Burma. In 1920, using the screen name Nyi Pu (lit. Short Brother) starred in the first-ever film ''Myitta Nit Athuyar'' in Burma. He made many more silent films in the 1920s and 1930s. After World War II, he made a few more films in the 1950s and 1960s. Nay Toe ( my, နေတိုး ; born Nay Lin Aung on 9 September 1981) is a Arakanese film actor and comedian with the Burmese traditional dance troupe ''Htawara Hninzi''. He is one of the most successful actors in Myanmar's B-rated action film industry and has been regarded as the "Burmese Chuck Norris". Throughout his career, he has acted in over 300 films. Min Thway ( my, မင်းသွေး; born Nay Min Aung 21 June 1986 – 3 October 2018) was an Arakanese actor and singer. He is best known for his leading roles in several Burmese films. Throughout his career, he had acted in over 200 films. He started his acting career in 2008. Early life and education Min Thway was born on 21 June 1986 in Taw Hthu Village, Manaung, Rakhine State, Myanmar to parents Aung Than and Than Myaing. He was third son of four siblings. His elder brother Nay Toe is also an actor. He attended high school at BEHS Manaung in 2001. He graduated with a degree B.Sc (IC) from Dagon University in 2006. Death He died at 33 years old on the way to the hospital on October 3, 2018. He fell unconscious and died shortly after returning to Myanmar from overseas. Myint Aung ( my, မြင့်အောင် ; 1931 – 1996) was a Burma, Burmese film director and film actor. He was the father of famous actress Mo Mo Myint Aung. Biography Myint Aung was born to Daw Aye Nit and U Kyauk Kwe in Kawa in Bago Division in 1931. He founded Myint Aung Film Company in 1957. Some of his famous films he directed and acted in were ''Maung Yupa Yon'', and ''Zatlan Pa Ma''.
