Bulgaria
Bulgaria (; bg, България, Bǎlgariya), officially the Republic of Bulgaria,, ) is a country in Southeast Europe. PFC Slavia Sofia ( bg, ПФК Славия София) is a Bulgarian professional association football club based in Sofia, which currently competes in the top tier of the Bulgarian football league system, the First League. Slavia's home ground is the Stadion Aleksandar Shalamanov in Ovcha kupel with a capacity of 25,556. The team's colours are white and black. Established on 10 April 1913, Slavia is currently the oldest sports club in Sofia. Tsvetan Filipov ( bg, Цветан Филипов; born 28 August 1988) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Neftochimic Burgas. Career Product of Naftex's youth system, Filipov's first professional appearance was as a 17-year-old for Pomorie, where he was loaned for the 2005–06 season. His brother Venelin is also footballer. He joined Weston-super-Mare A.F.C. ahead of the 2015 season, but his arrival was delayed until September due to international clearance. Ethnikos Achna FC
Ethnikos Achna Football Club ( el, Αθλητικός Σύλλογος Εθνικός Άχνας), commonly known as Ethnikos Achna, or simply Ethnikos, is a Cypriot football club based in the village of Achna. Founded in 1968, the club currently plays in the Cypriot Second Division. Ethnikos' home ground is the Dasaki Stadium, which has a capacity of 7000 seats. They are the only Cypriot team to win a UEFA competition. History The club played in the Cypriot Second Division until 1983 when it was promoted to the Cypriot First Division but was immediately relegated. Ethnikos was promoted to the First Division again in 1986 and stayed there for four seasons. Vanja Džaferović
Vanja Džaferović (born 19 March 1983) is a Croatian actor, TV personality and former footballer. Early life Džaferović was born in Bosanski Brod, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and moved with his family in his childhood to Croatia due to the Bosnian War. Career Football career Džaferović began his career in the local NK Inter Zaprešić. In June 2002, he transferred to HNK Segesta from Croatian town Sisak. Chernomorets ( bg, Черноморец) is a Bulgarian football club based in Balchik, that competes in the North-East Third League, the third tier of Bulgarian football. The team plays its home games at the local Balchik Stadium with 3,200 seats. History Chernomorets were founded as Sport Club Strela in late 1918 by English and Italian soldiers after World War I. The team finally became known as Chernomorets in 1957. In its history, Chernomorets has played mainly in the Bulgarian amateurs divisions. Until the 1976/77 season, the team participated at most in the third Bulgarian division, but gained a promotion to the B Group for the 1977/78 season. FC Minyor ( bg, ФК Миньор) is a football club in Pernik, Bulgaria, that competes in the Second League, the second tier of Bulgarian football. Founded in 1919 as SC Krakra, the club's home ground since 1954 has been Stadion Minyor. The club's name comes from the fact that the area around the city of Pernik has had long traditions with mining and the mining industry.
