Baywatch Nights
''Baywatch Nights'' is an American police and science-fiction drama series that aired in syndication from 1995 to 1997. Created by Douglas Schwartz, David Hasselhoff, and Gregory J. Bonann, the series is a spin-off from the television series, ''Baywatch''. Synopsis The original premise of the series was that during a midlife crisis, Sgt. Garner Ellerbee (Gregory Alan Williams), who was the resident police officer of ''Baywatch'' since the beginning of the series, decides to quit his job as a police officer and form a detective agency. Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff), his friend from ''Baywatch'', joins to support him and they are, in turn, joined by a detective named Ryan McBride (Angie Harmon). Singer Lou Rawls, who starred in the first season, performed the series theme song, "After the Sun Goes Down", alongside David Hasselhoff. Maurice Hurley
Maurice Hurley (August 16, 1939 – February 24, 2015) was an American screenwriter and producer known best for his work on '' Star Trek: The Next Generation''. Career In the 1980s, his work for television included writing scripts for '' The Equalizer'' and ''Miami Vice''. He also produced some episodes of ''The Equalizer''. He wrote the script for the film ''Firebird 2015 AD'' in 1981, and in 2002 co-wrote the film ''Groom Lake'' with William Shatner. Hurley co-created the show ''Pointman'' with Joel Surnow & Steve Hattman; Surnow would go on to create '' 24'' & '' La Femme Nikita'' and Hurley would work with him for a time there as a writer/producer. Richard Stevenson Parker Jr. (born June 4, 1952), known professionally as Parker Stevenson, is an American actor best known for playing Frank Hardy in the 1970s TV series ''The Hardy Boys'' and Craig Pomeroy on the 1990s TV series ''Baywatch''. Early life Stevenson was born on the Main Line of Philadelphia, as Richard Stevenson Parker Jr., one of two sons of Richard Stevenson Parker Sr., an investment advisor, and Sarah Meade, an actress who worked on Broadway and in numerous television commercials. His mother took him to a filming session when he was five years old, which resulted in him making two small television appearances. The elder Parker, who had moved his family to Rye, New York, disapproved of the whole business, and although Richard Jr. himself appeared in a few plays at Brooks Preparatory School, he then had no intention of becoming an actor and wanted to be an architect. Bruce Kessler
Bruce Kessler (born March 23, 1936) is an American racing driver and film and television director. Racing career Kessler was born in Seattle, Washington and grew up in Beverly Hills, California. He was the son of a clothing designer. In the early 1950s he started racing his mother's Jaguar XK120 in the Sports Car Club of America races at sixteen years old. He raced the road race courses at Paramount Ranch and Willow Springs in California. He was a team driver along with Chuck Daigh for the Scarab race cars built by his good friend Lance Reventlow in the late 1950s. He entered one World Championship Formula One Grand Prix ( Monaco 1958) with a Connaught owned by Bernie Ecclestone, but failed to qualify, although he posted the 21st fastest time of the 28 entrants. Career Trikonis began his career as an actor and dancer, notably appearing in the hugely successful 1961 film ''West Side Story (1961 film), West Side Story'' as Indio, one of the "Sharks", as well as dancing with Debbie Reynolds and Grover Dale to the frantic "He's My Friend" in 1964's ''The Unsinkable Molly Brown (film), The Unsinkable Molly Brown''.
