List Of Awards And Nominations Received By VIXX
This is a list of awards and nominations received by VIXX, a six-member South Korean boy band, formed by Jellyfish Entertainment. They started to gain recognition in 2013, a year after their debut, releasing a single album, an EP, a repackaged EP and finally, a full-length album. VIXX debuted new material on a quarterly basis during that year, finally winning their first music show award with "Voodoo Doll" in Music Bank. VIXX have been recipients of 22 awards from South Korea and International events. VIXX also received 30 wins on South Korea's televised music programs. The Seoul Music Awards (; SMA) is a major South Korean music awards show presented by the newspaper ''Sports Seoul''. The 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) was held on December 3, 2014, at the AsiaWorld–Arena, Hong Kong. It marked its sixteenth edition acknowledging the past year's K-pop releases. ''Error'' is the second Extended play, mini-album by the South Korean boy band VIXX. It was released on October 14, 2014 under the label of Jellyfish Entertainment. It features the single of the same name. The song, along with its music video was also released in Japan in Japanese under Victor Entertainment, CJ Victor Entertainment as their Japanese debut. The song was then finally released in China and Taiwan in Chinese through QQ and in Taiwan through KKBOX. Promotion VIXX began promoting this album on MBC Music, MBC Music's ''Show Champion'' on October 15, 2014. SBS M is a South Korean pay television music channel owned by SBS Medianet, a division of SBS Media Holdings.
