96 °C Café (Chinese: 96 °C 咖啡) is MediaCorp's first transmedia project related to coffee and romance. It was broadcast from 29 April to 24 May 2013 on free-to-air channel MediaCorp Channel 8 and consists of 20 episodes. It stars Desmond Tan, Julie Tan Julie Tan (born 22 September 1992 in Penang, Malaysia) is a Singaporean actress. She was the female lead in '' That Girl in Pinafore''. Tay Ping Hui
Tay Ping Hui (born 10 November 1970) is a Singaporean actor and director. In 2014, Tay made his directorial debut with the basketball film ''Meeting the Giant''. Early life Tay attended Catholic High School (Primary and Secondary) and Catholic Junior College. He was conferred a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of the National University of Singapore. Desmond Tan (, born 19 August 1986) is a Singaporean actor and was named as one of the 8 Dukes of Caldecott Hill. Career Tan first came to prominence in the entertainment industry when he finished runner-up to Andie Chen in '' Star Search 2007''. Tan Romeo (; born 9 April 1985) is a Singaporean actor, who has been named as one of the 8 Dukes of Caldecott Hill. Tan came into prominence after finishing in fourth place on the tenth season of the television series ''Star Search'' in 2010. Channel 8 ( zh, 8頻道) is a Singaporean free-to-air television channel, airing in Mandarin Chinese. It was created by Television Singapura on 31 August 1963 with experimental broadcasts, before going official on 23 November that year. The channel's logo is a yellow number 8 on top of a red disc. History Channel 8 began its test transmissions on Saturday, 31 August 1963, Malaysia's national day.
