This is a list of player transfers involving Pro14 rugby union teams between 12 March 2020 and the end of the 2020–21 Pro14, 2020–21 season. Unlike in previous seasons where the bulk of player transfers occurred between seasons, a large number of player transfers instead took place mid-season due to the disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, coronavirus pandemic. Pro14
The United Rugby Championship (URC) is an annual rugby union competition involving professional teams from Ireland, Italy, Scotland, South Africa, and Wales. The current name was adopted in 2021 when the league expanded to include four South African teams previously from the SANZAR Super Rugby competition. The league is one of the three major professional leagues in Europe (along with the English Premiership and the French Top 14), the most successful teams from which go forward to compete in the European Rugby Champions Cup. Since 2022–23, despite the name, South African teams have been eligible to qualify for European competition, and one South African place is guaranteed. Beginning with the creation of the Welsh–Scottish League in 1999, the league became known as the Celtic League when it grew to include teams from Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Olimpia Lions
Yacare XV is a Paraguayan professional rugby union team based in Asunción. The team was founded in 2019 AS Olimpia Lions to compete in Súper Liga Americana de Rugby. Olimpia Lions was an offshoot of the Club Olimpia sports club. The team was re-branded ahead of the 2023 Super Rugby Americas season as "Yacare XV". The team's name and logo image are based on yacare caiman, a mid-size species of caiman native to Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia and adjacent parts of Brazil. Marco Fuser (born 9 March 1991) was an Italian professional rugby union player who primarily played lock He has also represented Italy at international level on 41 occasions with 1 try. Fuser has previously played for clubs such as Mogliano, Benetton, and Newcastle Falcons in the past. Professional career From 2012 to 2020, he played for Benetton Treviso. Dean Budd (born 31 July 1986) is a retired New Zealand-born, Italian rugby union player and his usual position was at Lock. Budd played in the NPC with Northland and Auckland Rugby, while also playing with the Auckland Blues in the Super Rugby. Also able to play second row, Budd is a good jumper and is famous for his fancy offloads. Before joining Benetton Budd played for the NEC Green Rockets in the Top League. Tito Tebaldi (born 20 September 1987) is an Italian rugby union player. He plays as scrum-half. He made his debut for Italy against Australia on 13 June 2009. Fiamme Oro Rugby
Fiamme Oro Rugby is the rugby union club section of the Italian State Police sport division Gruppo Sportivo Fiamme Oro. The Fiamme Oro are currently based in Rome and play in the Top 10, the first national league. Though since the club's foundation in the 1950s, the former Fiamme Oro Padova won both the Italian championship (5 times) and the Coppa Italia (4 times). The club was established in 1955, founded by a group of policemen based in Padua (hence the name).
