Aaran Franklyn Lines (born 21 December 1976) is a New Zealand retired association football player and former head coach of the Western New York Flash. He represented New Zealand at international level. Club career Born in Lower Hutt, New Zealand, Lines moved to Germany at the age of 16 to join SV Werder Bremen's youth team of the German Bundesliga, following his appearance playing in an U-17 tournament in Japan. Lines played 80 games with the Werder Bremen youth team and 60 games with the reserve team. In 1997, Lines moved to VfL Osnabrück where he appeared in over 80 matches in the first and second Bundesliga. Andrew John Lines (born 1960) is a British Anglican bishop. Since June 2017, he has been the Missionary Bishop to Europe of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA), a province outside the Anglican Communion. In 2020, he became the first presiding bishop of the Anglican Network in Europe, a "proto-province" recognized by the Global Fellowship of Confessing Anglicans. Since 2000, he has been Mission Director and CEO of Crosslinks. He is also the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Anglican Mission in England (AMiE), the missionary arm of GAFCON in England. Edwin Stevens Lines (November 23, 1845 – October 25, 1927) was a bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark, New Jersey. Biography Lines was born in Naugatuck, Connecticut on November 23, 1845, the son of Henry Willis Lines and Harriet Bunnell. He studied at Yale Divinity School between 1872 and 1873 and later graduated from Berkeley Divinity School in 1874. Ordained Ministry He was ordained deacon on May 24, 1874 in Middletown, Connecticut and became rector of Christ Church in West Haven, Connecticut. Mary Lines
Mary Lines (later ''Smith'', 3 December 1893 – December 1978) was a British athlete. She competed in the long jump and 60 m – 800 m running events at the 1921 Women's Olympiad, 1922 Women's Olympiad and the 1922 Women's World Games and won nine gold, two silver and one bronze medals. In 1924 she participated at the 1924 Women's Olympiad and won the gold medal in the 100 yards running and the long jump. In 1922 she participated at the Women's Olympiad in Paris and won the gold medal in the 4×110 yds relay (with Lines as first runner, Nora Callebout, Daisy Leach and Gwendoline Porter) setting a new world record. Oliver Lines (born 16 June 1995) is an English professional snooker player who practices at Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds. He is the son of professional snooker player Peter Lines. Peter Lines (born 11 December 1969) is an English professional snooker player. He has reached the semi-finals of one ranking tournament, the 2018 Paul Hunter Classic. He reached his highest ranking, 42nd in the world, in 1999. He is the father of fellow professional snooker player Oliver Lines. In January 2022, Lines won the 2022 UK Seniors Championship, part of the World Seniors Tour. Roland Walter Lines FRIBA (14 March 1877 – 9 September 1916) was an English architect who became prolific after his emigration to Edmonton, Canada, in 1906. He served as a lieutenant with the Canadian Expeditionary Force in World War I. He died in active service in 1916, aged 39.
