Line 4 is a line of Suzhou Rail Transit. Suzhou Rail Transit
Suzhou Rail Transit, also known as Suzhou Metro, is a rapid transit system serving the city of Suzhou, in Jiangsu Province, China. Line 1 began operation on April 28, 2012. Line 2 opened on December 28, 2013. A further three lines, and an extension of Line 2, were completed between 2016 and 2021, with 3 more lines currently under construction and planned to open by 2024. Upon completion, the system will be about long and have 109 stations. Line 2 Line 2 opened on December 28, 2013. Hongzhuang (Chinese: 红庄) is a station on Line 4 of Suzhou Rail Transit. The station is located in Wuzhong District of Suzhou. Tongli
Tongli, alternately Tong-Li (; Wu: Don li, ) is a town in Wujiang district, on the outskirts of Suzhou, Jiangsu province. It is known for a system of canals, it has been given the nickname " Venice of the East". The place retains many of the features of an ancient Wu region town. Tongli is half an hour away from Suzhou city and about two hours from Shanghai by buses. The town is also accessible by Suzhou Metro ( Line 4). Attractions The Retreat & Reflection Garden One of most notable attractions is the Retreat & Reflection Garden (). It was designed by the artist Yuanlong for Ren Lansheng and built in 1885–1887. In 2001, the Retreat & Reflection Garden was recognized with other classical Suzhou gardens as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Luoxing Zhou It is an island on the lake. Suzhou Railway Station
Suzhou railway station () is a railway station of Jinghu railway and Shanghai–Nanjing intercity railway. The station is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. History The station opened on July 16, 1906. The station's area was only 205 square metres. In May 1936, the station's name changed to "Wuxian railway station" because Suzhou's name changed to Wuxian (). In December 1937, the station changed back to "Suzhou Station" due to the Japanese invasion. Since July 1, 2010, Shanghai–Nanjing intercity railway has been in operation; some trains from Suzhou to Shanghai take only 24 minutes. The upgrade of the station was completed with the opening of the south plaza on 5 February 2013. The upgrade included the opening of a public bus hub.
