Linda Andrews (singer)
Linda Andrews (born 19 October 1973) is a Faroese singer who won the second season of the Danish version of ''The X Factor'', and became the first Faroese winner of it. Early life She was born and raised in Tórshavn. She lived for many years with her father (a taxi driver) and mother in the western part of Torshavn called Vesturbýurin. She attended a Pentecostal church called Filadelfia until early adulthood. She was very active in youth work and in the choirs. During the early 1990s she became a known singer because of her appearance as one of the lead singers in Filadelfia. She also was in the Filadelfia Youth Choir and the Filadelfia Choir. She also sang with Vanja Carlsen (of the Carlsens) and was seen as a rival to the singer scene domination in the Filadelfia church. Tórshavn
Tórshavn (; lit. "Thor's harbour"), usually locally referred to as simply ''Havn'', is the capital and largest city of the Faroe Islands. It is located in the southern part on the east coast of Streymoy. To the northwest of the city lies the mountain Húsareyn, and to the southwest, the Kirkjubøreyn. Hannah Leah Mancini (born 22 January 1980), also known as Stella Mercury or simply Hannah, is an American singer and songwriter who works and lives in Slovenia. She has been heavily involved in dance, nu disco and electronic scenes there and worked with artists and producers in these genres. Hej Matematik (literally "Hi Mathematics" and also the title of a Swedish and Danish primary school mathematics book) is a Danish pop group, consisting of the Aqua-member Søren Rasted and his nephew Nicolaj Rasted. Aqua (band)
Aqua is a Danish-Norwegian Europop and Dance-pop band, best known for their 1997 multi-platinum crossover and novelty single "Barbie Girl". The group formed in 1989 as Joyspeed, and achieved international success around the globe in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The band released three albums: '' Aquarium'' in 1997, ''Aquarius'' in 2000 and '' Megalomania'' in 2011. The group sold an estimated 33 million albums and singles, making them the most profitable Danish band ever. The group managed to top the UK Singles Chart with three of their singles. Søren Nystrøm Rasted (born Søren Rasted on 13 June 1969) is a Danish musician, singer, songwriter and record producer. He plays keyboards, guitar and sings backing vocals. He is a member of the Danish-Norwegian Eurodance group Aqua. Musical career Rasted was a member of the Danish pop-dance group Aqua.
