Linas Garsys
Linas Garsys is an American punk rock graphic designer and co-founder of the record label, Malfunction Records. Garsys began making artwork for local punk and hardcore bands in his teens. Over time this expanded to making work for national acts, such as AFI, American Nightmare, and Tiger Army, as well as collaborating with brands such as Urban Outfitters In 1999, he founded Malfunction Records with Tru Pray. In 2007, the label was sold to Deathwish Inc. Ceremony (punk Band)
Ceremony is an American punk rock band from Rohnert Park, California. The band's current line-up features Ross Farrar (vocals), Anthony Anzaldo (guitar), Jasmine Watson (bass), Andy Nelson (guitar), and Jake Casarotti (drums). Ryan Mattos (guitar) left before the group's Matador Records signing in 2011, being replaced by Nelson, while Watson joined in 2022 as a replacement for founding bassist Justin Davis. The band have released six studio albums to date, and have changed their sound considerably across their discography – ranging from elements of powerviolence, grindcore, hardcore punk, punk rock, garage rock, post-punk, indie rock and new wave. ''Striking Distance'' is a 1993 American action thriller film starring Bruce Willis as Pittsburgh Police homicide detective Thomas Hardy. The film co-stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Dennis Farina, and Tom Sizemore. It was directed by Rowdy Herrington and written by Herrington and Marty Kaplan. Ruiner (band)
Ruiner is an American hardcore punk band from Baltimore, Maryland, United States. History On October 5, 2004, Ruiner played their first show and released their first three-song demo. On May 5, 2005, they released a 7” EP “What Could Possibly Go Right…” through Firestarter and Gravemistake Records. At the end of the summer in 2005, Ruiner signed with 1917 Records. Lyrically, Ruiner touched on personal sentiments such as disillusion with the world, desolation, lost love, self-loathing and disappointment. Ruiner played over 200 shows in their first year and half in existence and in their second year, the band headed to Europe for 31 shows in ten different countries. The band toured all over the world including Europe six times, Australia twice, as well as tours through Southeast Asia, China, and Japan, and many tours through Canada and Mexico. The Nerve Agents
The Nerve Agents were an American punk rock band formed by Andy Outbreak and Eric Ozenne (ex- Redemption 87). Their angry brand of music juxtaposed yelled, sometimes ranting vocals with distorted and often chorus laden chords, complex bass lines and fast-paced percussion. Their darkened style is reminiscent of Black Flag and The Damned. The Nerve Agents were noted for their frenzied, chaotic, often violent live performances. It was not unusual for a fan or band member to require medical attention. Often on such occasions Eric Ozenne would halt performances, sometimes escorting the injured fan to the hospital. Other theatrical elements, such as costumes and the trademark eyeliner, were commonplace. On rare occasions a guest performer known only as the 'White Owl' (taking its name from the theme of the first full length) would run across the stage in a white mummy-like robe.
