Lillian Dolomite Kaushtupper is a fictional character on the Netflix original series ''Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,'' portrayed by Carol Kane. She is Kimmy Schmidt (Ellie Kemper) and Titus Andromedon's (Titus Burgess) odd landlady and upstairs neighbor.
