Adam Lile
Adam "Addie" Lile (1885-1954) was a New Zealand rugby footballer who was part of the professional 1907-1908 New Zealand rugby tour of Great Britain. Early years Originally from Taranaki, Lile enlisted in the Army for the South African War but was sent home from South Africa when it was discovered that he was only 15.Coffey and Wood ''The Kiwis: 100 Years of International Rugby League'' Lile remained in the Army and became an Artillery man. Jimmy Lile
James Buel Lile (August 22, 1933 – May 5, 1991), known as Jimmy Lile and "The Arkansas Knifesmith", was an American knifemaker from Russellville in Pope County, Arkansas, who made the Rambo Knife for the films ''First Blood'' and '' Rambo: First Blood Part II''. As a knifemaker Lile served as a president of the Knifemakers' Guild and on the board of directors of the American Bladesmith Society. Early life A Russellville native, Lile was the son of a coal miner. He made his first knife at the age of eleven by grinding an old file into a blade. He spent his young adult life working as a high school teacher, serving in the United States Army, and as a construction contractor. Knifemaker In 1971, Lile became a full-time knifemaker and was known as "Gentleman Lile" or "The Arkansas Knifemaker". Lile Gibbons
Lile Gibbons is an American politician and businesswoman. Early life and education Gibbons was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, the daughter of Lile Bernard and Elmer E. Rasmuson. Gibbons's father served as president and chairman of the National Bank of Alaska, which his father founded. He later served as the Mayor of Anchorage from 1964 to 1967. Gibbons graduated from West Anchorage High School before earning her bachelor's degree in economics from Smith College. Career Prior to her election to the Connecticut State Legislature, Gibbons served in town government and on her board of education. She was elected to the Connecticut House of Representatives in 2000 as a Republican. In February 2012, Gibbons announced she would not seek re-election, and she left office 2013 . Incompatible Element
In petrology and geochemistry, an incompatible element is one that is unsuitable in size and/or charge to the cation sites of the minerals of which it is included. It is defined by the partition coefficient between rock-forming minerals and melt being much smaller than 1. During the fractional crystallization of magma and magma generation by the partial melting of the Earth's mantle and crust, elements that have difficulty in entering cation sites of the minerals are concentrated in the melt phase of magma (liquid phase). Two groups of incompatible elements that have difficulty entering the solid phase are known by acronyms.
