Lila Ballabh Adhikari
Lila Ballabh Adhikari (Nepali language, Nepali: लीलाबल्लभ अधिकारी) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist). He has served as the Minister for Internal Affairs and Law in Koshi Province. Adhikari has been serving as a member of the Koshi Provincial Assembly from Morang 2 (B) since 2017. He had previously served as the Minister for Internal Affairs and Law in Bhim Acharya cabinet, Bhim Acharya's cabinet from 15 September 2021 to 1 November 2021. Minister For Internal Affairs And Law (Koshi Province)
The Minister for Internal Affairs and Law (or simply, the Internal Minister, (Nepali language, Nepali: आन्तरिक मामिला तथा कानून मन्त्री) is the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law (Koshi Province), Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law of the Government of Koshi Province. One of the senior-most officers in the Cabinet of Koshi Province, Provincial Cabinet, the minister is responsible for maintain peace and National security, state security; the state's police force and investigation bureau comes under its jurisdiction. Occasionally, they are assisted by the Minister of State for Internal Affairs and Law. The Incumbent, minister is Shamsher Rai, who took office on October 15, 2023.
