Liga IV Iași
Liga IV Iași is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Iași County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. It is organized by the County Football Association (Asociația Județeană de Fotbal) and is competed amongst 16 teams, the winner is promoted to Liga III after a promotion play-off. The number of relegated team from the Liga IV – Iași is variable and depends on the number of teams relegated from the Liga III. History In 1968, along with the territorial reorganization of the country, but also due to the large number of requests, Romanian Football Federation, FRF proposes a competitive system in which each county has its own football championship, which will activate the former teams in the regional championship as well as the racing and town championship teams from the previous edition. The 1970–71 County Championship was the 29th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association promoted to Divizia C without promotion play-off. The promotion play-off was not held this season, due to the expansion of Divizia C from next season, from eight series with 16 teams to twelve series of 14 teams. Tehnoton Iași
Tehnoton () is a Romanian company founded in 1972 in Iaşi, mainly manufacturing home electronics and industrial machinery. By 1989 it became one of the major Romanian manufacturers of radio tuners (with widely known products such as "Gloria" and "Cosmos"), Compact Cassette players, and record players, which it also exported to France, Japan, and the United States. Tehnoton also produced closed-circuit television systems and maritime communication systems for Romania and other Eastern European countries. The company was privatized in 2000 and is now the main part of the Omega-Tehnoton Group. Currently, it specializes in metal processing, plastic injection, and electronics production.
