Liga IV Bihor
Liga IV Bihor is the county association football, football division of Liga IV for clubs based in Bihor County, România. The competition is ranked as the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system and it is competed between 16 teams, the winner may or may not be promoted to Liga III, depending on the result of a promotion play-off that is disputed against a winner of the neighboring counties series. History In 1968, along with the territorial reorganization of the country, but also due to the large number of requests, the Romanian Football Federation proposes a competitive system in which each county has its own football championship, which will activate the former teams in the regional championship as well as the racing and town championship teams from the previous edition. CS Luceafărul Oradea
Clubul Sportiv Luceafărul Oradea, commonly known as Luceafărul Oradea or simply as Luceafărul, is a Romanian professional football club from Oradea, Bihor County. The team currently plays in the Liga IV. Founded in 2001, Luceafărul started as a youth academy for children who had no future at FC Bihor. The club played for the first time in Liga III in the 2006–07 season, after a merger with Lotus Băile Felix. They promoted to Liga II twice, in 2011 and 2016. Clubul Sportiv Bihorul Beiuș, commonly known as Bihorul Beiuș, is a Romanian professional football club based in Beiuș, Romania. The club was founded in 1921 and the team currently competes in the Liga IV. History Clubul Sportiv Bihorul Beiuș was founded on 7 July 1921 as ''Aurora Beiuș'' by a group of young players led by professor Ioan Buşiţia. It was considered the most representative club of the Beiuș Depression and the city of Beiuș. The team evolved for the most part of its existence in Liga IV – Bihor County, with the first appearance in national football in the 1978–79 season of Divizia C, finishing on 5th place in the 9th series. This first season was followed by another 4 seasons for the team in Divizia C: 1979–80, 1980–81, 1981–82 and 1982–83, but with weaker rankings. The 1970–71 County Championship was the 29th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association promoted to Divizia C without promotion play-off. The promotion play-off was not held this season, due to the expansion of Divizia C from next season, from eight series with 16 teams to twelve series of 14 teams.
