Liga IV Bacău
Liga IV Bacău is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Bacău County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. It is organized by the County Football Association (Asociația Județeană de Fotbal) and is competed amongst 24 teams divided into 2 series, the winner is promoted to Liga III after a promotion play-off. The number of relegated team from the Liga IV – Bacău is variable and depends on the number of teams relegated from the Liga III. 1970–71 County Championship
The 1970–71 County Championship was the 29th season of the Liga IV, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The champions of each county association promoted to 1971–72 Divizia C, Divizia C without promotion play-off. The promotion play-off was not held this season, due to the expansion of Divizia C from next season, from eight series with 16 teams to twelve series of 14 teams. CSM Moinești
Club Sportiv Municipal Moinești, commonly known as CSM Moinești, or simply as Moinești, is a Romanian amateur football club based in Moinești, Bacău County, founded in 1948 under the name of ''Petrolul Moinești''. The club was declared bankrupt in 2009 and was re-founded as CSM Moinești. CSM is currently playing in the Liga IV and never played higher than Liga II, second tier of the Romanian football league system. History The club was founded in 1948 as Petrolul Moinești and takes its name from the oil production in the Moinești region. In 1950 the name was changed to Flacăra Moinești. FCM Dinamo Onești
FCM Dinamo Onești was a Romanian professional football club from Onești, Bacău County, Romania, founded in 1994 and dissolved in 2015. History It all started in 1988. Mecon Onești, a team that has just been established, promoted in Divizia C. With a new stadium, Mecon hopes to have something to say in Romanian football. Promoted with Steluș Roșca, Mecon calls his coach Gheorghe Zaharia. Beyond the batch, the leadership, an enthusiastic one, dreamed at great moments for Mecon. Clubul Sportiv Aerostar Bacău, commonly known as Aerostar Bacău or simply as Aerostar, is a Romanian professional football club from the city of Bacău, Bacău County, currently playing in the Liga III. Founded in 1977 as ''Aripile Bacău'', "the yellow and blues" are known as the team of the city's aeronautical manufacturing company. After the fall of communism, the country has undergone a series administrative changes, and in the early 1990s the company changed its name to Aerostar, a name which was also adopted by the football club. During the 1993–94 season, the club encountered serious financial problems that led to the exclusion from the Divizia C championship and bankruptcy.
