Steve Price (musician)
Stephen Martin "Steve" Price is an American drummer and percussionist, best known as a founding member of the California smooth rock band Pablo Cruise. In his first year of high school, Price ventured into the band room after having no interest in woodwork or metal work. The teacher instructed him to sit behind a snare drum, due to requiring a drummer and this would change his life forever. Following a brief stint in his high school marching band, he was recruited to play drums for the school's band. He then worked as a roadie for the band of his high school friend, keyboardist Cory Lerios, but when the drummer quit, Price became the new drummer. The pair then played in a band called Together and were recruited to play in San Francisco band Stoneground, which turned out to be a big break. David Richard Campbell (born 7 February 1948) is a Canadian-American arranger, composer, and conductor. He has worked on over 450 gold and platinum albums by artists of a wide range of genres, including Rush, Ariana Grande, Harry Styles, Muse, Michael Jackson, Aaliyah, Evanescence, Beyoncé, Aerosmith, Garth Brooks, and various albums by his son Beck. Dan Dugmore is an American session musician known primarily for playing the pedal steel guitar Born in 1949, Dugmore was raised in Pasadena, California. Influenced by the Flying Burrito Brothers, he learned to play steel guitar after Flying Burrito Brothers member Sneaky Pete Kleinow sold him one. Dugmore then joined John Stewart's road band, and then Linda Ronstadt's; he also played for several James Taylor albums. In the 1990s, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he began playing steel guitar on country music albums. He self-released a Beatles cover album in 2003 titled ''Off White Album''. Venetta Lee Fields (born 1941) is an American-born singer, musical theater actress and vocal coach. She was a backing vocalist for American and British rock and pop acts of the 1960s and 1970s, including Ike & Tina Turner, Pink Floyd, Humble Pie, Barbra Streisand, Elkie Brooks, Neil Diamond, Steely Dan, Bob Seger, and the Rolling Stones. Andrew Maurice Gold (August 2, 1951 – June 3, 2011) was an American multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and record producer who influenced much of the Los Angeles-dominated pop rock, pop/soft rock sound in the 1970s. Gold played on scores of records by other artists, most notably Linda Ronstadt, and had his own success with the U.S. top 40 hits "Lonely Boy (Andrew Gold song), Lonely Boy" (1977) and "Thank You for Being a Friend" (1978), as well as the UK Singles Chart, UK top five hit "Never Let Her Slip Away" (1978). Cory Lerios
Cory Charles Lerios (born February 12, 1951) is an American pianist and vocalist. He is a founding member of the platinum-record-selling soft rock band Pablo Cruise, and since the mid-1980s he has scored music for film and television. History Lerios was born, in Palo Alto, California, and entered the music industry in 1971 with the San Francisco Bay area band Stoneground. At the time, Stoneground was signed with Warner Bros., and Lerios was 20 years old. After leaving the band in 1973, Lerios, along with fellow Stoneground members Steve Price and David Jenkins, formed Pablo Cruise. In 1975, they released their first album, self-titled ''Pablo Cruise'', for A&M Records. The band completed several national tours, released seven albums, and sold millions of records before disbanding in 1986.
